In her own words, we’ll let her take it from there: “Some ideas for your next leg/booty day. On first exercise depending on the workout I’m doing I might add more weight but here I wasn’t using the smith for weight I was using it more for balance and to be able to focus on the full range of motion.”

En el primer ejercicio en ocasiones le añado mas resistencia depende del tipo de entrenamiento que este realizando al momento. En esta ocasión no estaba enfocandome en el peso en vez estaba utilizando la máquina de Smith para balance y poder realizar el movimiento completo con buena forma.
