Jason Momoa of ‘Aquaman’ is committed to keeping his tip-top shape for his Atlantean costume with the help of trainer Mark Twight, who likewise helped Henry Cavill tone up for Superman.
Since making Conan the Barbarian in 2011, Jason made sure he stays in the best shape since the demand for his ruggedly handsome look and great physique in the industry increased.
How does he does it? Believing that one has to eat big to lift big, he eats many green veg and lean meant and saves the calories for the booze, particularly Guinness. He does an occasional one-month cleanse and splurges on the pasta afterwards. He also makes up in hating weights by doing other physical activity. Even at home, just playing father to his two kids, he gets up early, runs a hill and exercises.
Before the world sees him as the comic-book underwater hero Aquaman, Jason will share the screen with the legendary Sylvester Stallone and Christian Slater in the Walter Hill film Bullet to the Head. He plays Keegan.
